10) Get More Sleep
We all want more sleep. Let’s get that bit out of the way. However sleep is good for us. In fact it is great for us so one of your new year’s resolutions should be to give yourself more sleep. If you have to get up early for work, make sure you go to bed earlier than you were in 2016, even if it’s by an hour. Get a routine going. Have a power nap during the day. Try to ensure your body gets at least 8 hours of sleep a day and you’ll notice the benefits straight away, including feeling more energetic and positive. Not only will it help motivate you and give you the strength to get through the day, but there’s also lots of health benefits too!
